I. Color and Design: A Brand Refresh from Subtle to Eye-Catching

The previous coaching uniforms featured a subdued, minimalist black-and-gray color scheme, while the new collection has been completely refreshed with a vibrant, eye-catching orange palette, designed to align with Extreme Roller Skating’s brand spirit of “Innovation and Resilience.”

On the design side, we worked closely with the Extreme Tongmeng team and went over every little detail. Here's what we ended up with: a white “Extreme Roller Skating” logo right in the middle of the back. The “Extreme Tongmeng” logo goes on the left chest. On the right sleeve, we put the white logos of our subsidiary brands — the S/T Speed Skating Team and “Tang Yu Tang.” Then down on the waist, there are these lightning-shaped “J” and “Z” patterns, and right below them we placed the company's founding year, “SINCE 2013.”

The whole design keeps a clean, minimalist athletic look, but it still shows all the brand elements clearly. And we made sure those logos stay visible — even when coaches are skating fast or bending over to show techniques.

II. Fabric and Craftsmanship: 100% Polyester Eyelet Mesh Fabric + Heat Transfer Printing—Designed for Professionals

Roller skating coaches — they're demonstrating techniques, leading classes, making sudden stops, falling, getting back up. Every single day. Ordinary fabrics just can't handle that kind of abuse. For this reason, Tonton Sports selected 100% polyester eyelet mesh fabric for the Ultimate Tongmeng Coach Uniform.

This fabric is highly breathable. Its mesh construction lets air flow through easily, pulling sweat away quickly to keep the wearer dry and comfortable even through full summer classes. It is light and non-restrictive, with an almost weightless feel that supports free movement.

The material also offers great durability. Polyester's pretty strong and it bounces back well, so it doesn't wrinkle or lose its shape easily. It handles regular rubbing and machine washing just fine. Plus, it's easy to clean and dries fast — makes daily care super simple. And the color retention is great too. That bright orange stays vivid, and it doesn't really fade even after you use it for a long time.

For printed designs, we use an eco-friendly heat transfer method. Unlike traditional screen printing, this process delivers rich, saturated colors that make the white logo pop clearly against the orange base. It also reproduces fine details precisely, including the lightning-style “J” and “Z” patterns.

And here's the big thing — the heat-transferred print really sticks to the fabric. So it's not going to fade or peel off. You can wash it dozens of times, stretch it over and over, and it still holds up. Plus, the material stays soft — not stiff at all. We only use eco-friendly inks and clean production processes to protect the health of coaches and students alike.
